GXDX has to do something before turnover exceeds 50%. This is ridiculous. Sales Ops is listing reps who left months ago on the weekly reports just to hide all the vacancies. My suggestion, stop with the bad hires b/c they're forcing all the good people out.

Why is it ridiculous? Ever think maybe that's the plan? Easy to blame underperformance on an inexperienced sales group

Every time I think they grew up, they wet the bed again. What am I going to do with these dummies! They still hope one day the moon will come up in the morning, the managers will be nice and useful, the hog will eat the cow and we all will live happily ever after.
