Is JBI Immunology the best place to work, or what?

I don't get why everyone complains so much. I love this company. We have the best management, awesome culture, and the best tools to sell the best products in our industry. So I am starting this thread so everyone can come on here and name some of the GREAT things you love about our company. I will start off with 1) Our super-great managers. I love mine and everyone they partner with in our area. They are literally the best managers anywhere!

Now it's your turn. I know that senior management reads CP all the time so let's let them know the GOOD things about JBI!

1. Management is not only the best in biotech, but the best in business all over. I've heard that companies like Facebook, Google, Microsoft and big Wall Street investment companies have tried to steal our RBDs for their senior management positions.

2. SICP. It's the best anywhere. Your money-making potential is limitless.

3. Pure Professionalism. We have the best reps anywhere.

I know a guy who is almost 40 that said he's never worked a full day here. He is P-Club, awards and his RBD loves his lazy ass. It's all about kissing the right ass and taking credit for things b4 the worker bees go bragging on their own work. Count me in. Working your tail off for nothing is bs. Be a pimp or hoe. The choice is yours. Now go make me some money bitch.

It's not like the old days when p club actually recognized talent and hard work. So why bother?

I like how we continually strive for greatness. My DM always tells us: Find a truly great leader and imitate what they do. He told me to take Marti as an example. Now what is the first and last thing she probably does every day? He asked.
I thought a minute and answered: Reads Cafepharma!
Right! He said. This is what all of our great management does. So now I'm doing the same. Posting too!

It's an even better place to win a fat severance from and live the good life on!

Document everything and you can do the same. I should run a seminar.

It's not too hard to find your self in a legal battle when management are a brood of egomaniacs. JNJ never lost sn employee lawsuit? Give me a break. Don't listen to managers rhetoric. Find a tough firm that is experienced with Fortune 500 and turn them loose. I want s pension some day and these losers are putting it at risk. It's not just a good idea to go after them. It is your responsibility as outlined by the Credo of JnJ.

A friend of mine here was being harassed by some DMs and RBDs a few years back. One of the DMs actually bet some of his team that he could force this person out before the rep could make 55. The rep played along with them, then turned the tables on them. Not only made their 55 and 10, but also got awarded a fat severance so no longer needs to work again. Some of the people that messed with the rep ended up gone or demoted, and now have to work their miserable jobs here while the rep lives the good life.
Moral of the story: Play these fools at their own game.

So very true. Management is obsessed with what gets posted on here. My DM told me that senior management has developed a secret task force to learn who might be writing a lot of the stuff on here. He said that they are especially interested in learning who his writing critical stuff about Pd, and that they want to weed out those posters before Pete is named to run the company. They have a secret team of managers and reps who are analyzing the posts and comments and trying to get information out of other reps that could lead to identifying the "enemy." I think it's really weird to spend so much time on crap like that while our company disintegrates. Marti and co.'s energy should be put into making this company better rather than caring about what a few reps think about our upcoming new VP. But be careful who you talk to and what you talk to them about because you might be talking to one of the spy reps.

This company is full of spoiled talentless little children that have no game. The proof is when they try to go external and find out that they have been spoon said by senior managers that could not make it anywhere else. The best thing anybody could do it actually has scale is to leave where you can be rewarded instead of staying in hoping for a pension that will more than likely prove to be worthless in not too many years.

There's a few reps in one region that hardly ever did anything noteworthy in sales but always seemed to be the darlings of management. It was because they worked as spies to help build cases on other reps, especially when management went after talented legacy reps. Fortunately for those legacy reps, the moles were not too smart and they got played. The legacy reps left with sweet deals and now this moles are under the microscope. One fat lazy mole got sloppy and was stupid enough to copy the target rep on one of his spy emails. He didn't even realize he'd done it until the lawyers got involved, and was left with no other choice than to roll over on the other sneaky spy reps and managers helping him. Because of his stupidity and jealousy, people were fired or their careers stalled and the target reps waltzed into the sunset with a sackful of money.
Whenever I see that chubby rep at a meeting it makes me think about my legacy rep friend. Is he sipping a pina colata on some beach with a couple of bikini models? Racing down a highway in his six-figure sports car? Rubbing elbows with hot chicks and celebrities?
I think I'll go over and check his Facebook and Instagram. And I'll laugh my ass off!

So what's your point? I would rather have an amazeballs job here than have some stupid settlement that exposed me to things like beaches and skin cancer.

Carlo, you are a hero to almost everyone still here in this sewer of a company.

Not all the spies got played. There are still plenty around and even more that have joined the ranks. Don't you know that there is no faster way to get to the top at JnJ then to cut your buddy's throat? Hold them close and pretend to have hers or his back and at a crucial moment make up shit to get them fired or reprimanded. Since you are the spy your manager will make it look as though another District member did it. Two turds faith one flush. And that is the JnJ way. That is why a company with monopoly status drugs still couldn't break away from the pack. Just imagine what life will look like when Trump makes this a competitive industry. I wouldn't spend that pension just yet skippy. They just can't recognize talent.

That's why it's so cool to see the "spymasters" spinning their wheels in dead-end jobs now. Managers demoted. RBDS exiled to positions where they can't go any farther. Reps who were spies now exposed to the wrath of the all-knowing Marti. They're all stressed out of their minds! You see it on their faces. It's a great time not to be them!

MH is the queen/king of crazy at JBI. In less then 4 years the place has become a horror show. She is absolutely one of the most clueless leaders I have ever seen. Why not expose a flagship drug to vulnerability by having absolutely no plan except a series of crappy drugs with falsified data and a blind and ignorant sales farce to spread the lies. When physicians see the deception they switch back or go to a competitor. My God how long will this horror show continue?

Miami is hotter than ever with JBI taking over. MH is the greatest leader and has vision for this company. I love working here and most reps will tell you JBI IS THE PLACE TO BE. Marti had the guts to run off all the bad reps and leave us with the best reps and also THE BEST MANAGERS AND RBDS A COMPANY CAN HAVE.
Marti, if you read CP and I hear you do, don't beleive the lies. The sales force loves you and what you do for us!
