Is it worth interviewing?







It's a growing company with growing pains. If all you want to do is drop samples and do lunches and get home by 4, then this is not the company for you. Perform and you get rewarded. Slack off and it will bite you in the rear.

And then run even faster away....You are asked to sell off label, big brother not only watches you but dictates your every move. Leadership is a joke, the only reason company is alive is because of the generic division. Drugs suck, so does managed care, and it is like the gustapo. Worst place in pharma hands down.

Unbelievable. No decency here. Strativa is failing. Sales below plan resulting in layoffs. Painter and Ameres promoted. How does Lepore justify that? Pretty big shareholder suit should follow

main problem has been piss poor projections.... not sales. if a company misses thier sales projections by nearly 50%... those doing the projections are the probelm... not the sales force

Nice try. did we forget that rp and ja were the biz development guys who got those products and set the numbers? they set the numbers, didn't deliver the numbers and then got promoted. go figure

Everyone I know here (sales force) is a hard worker. But it is pretty demotivating to work so hard and have projections be so out of whack that it looks like you accomplished nothing. Face it, projections were the problem. So if RP and JA get promoted and sales force gets fired then I guess it is for the best as that is not the type of company I could work at long term.

Or maybe the company just bought a drug that sucks and priced it WAY too high for the market that it competes in. $300+ for 14 pills where there are muliple other generic treatments? Once a day vs 4/5 times a day is great, but not worth the price to most patients and physicians. You could hire a whole new sales force and I would expect that the results would be the same. When is home office going to stop blaming everything on the sales force?
 






I have knowledge... Most of us are already looking. If you are not in the top 30% for multiple products you better find another job. And quickly. You will be laid off soon........ You have been warned! I would suggest regardless of where you are with numbers to begin a search for a REAL job. This house of cards is beginning to fall. BE PREPARED! Look around you. We arent paying for ourselves. It is simple..... Expenses minus sales = Profits. Noone is working a profitable territory. Strativa is DROWNING Pars stock price and P/E. That will change shortly. This experiment is over. Don't believe anything management tells you. You wont be here in 3 months. Don't be caught without something else. The market is tough across the board and EVERYONE BETTER START NOW!!!
