This place is a shit show. Clowns running this joint.Yup. It’s going to get very ugly very quickly. The gravy train is going to stop rolling and finally leadership will have to deliver. JS is puckering.
It's about time. JS is a complete jackass.JS and LT and their band of clowns will be exposed by the Bain analysts in about 10 minutes. All their spending without return and fancy power points with too many words and arrows and fancy colors will be their downfall. They can’t understand them without their own consultants to explain to them and Bain will chew them up and spit them out. Karma always wins
Consulting groups buy revenue generating organizations to increase margins, then resell them. And the margins are expected to increase day one. Bain in know for zero based MONTHLY budgeting. That means every month, every budget starts at zero -including personnel - and must be approved before execution. The first thing they’re going to do is look under the hood of every expense and ask it to be justified. Tie this dollar spent back to a dollar made. This headcount does what? This website does what? How do you know? What if we cut it? What if we cut it back? What if we took these three roles and merged them with these 2? Why do we have these three agencies? Don’t you have headcount for that? A lot of circular questions. And these aren’t questions you get asked and have months to answer. Answer on the spot or “get back to me tomorrow with your plan”. Once Bain spends the dollars, they expect return. The patience of the Japanese is gone. Long term thinking is gone. Answering questions with questions is gone. 7 people let go on Friday in a Digital Operations area. The whole department was eliminated supposedly with no warning to the employees. Sounds like they are narrowing the guest list for the employee appreciation party in March. Leadership is not discussing/ignoring the sale, as if it was not real. But you can bet your bottom dollar they are scrambling to cover their asses so they won't get burned. The graffiti is on the wall people!Any news?

First thing to happen. Budgets frozen. No more spending. Every penny and budget will be scrutinized. By the end of q1-jobs will be cut starting with middle and sr mgmt. It's about to get real ugly real fast
Hopefully they cut the dumbass HR chick. When will this all go down? March 31 st or June? Don’t think Bain will wait much longer to start cutting. Corporate people beware. If you don’t bring in value or money , you will have to justify your job. Get ready? End of year reviews should be a lot of people throwing people under the bus. If someone in senior leadership has it out for you, beware.
Sooner rather than later. Bain is already hard at work assessing their newest assets and how to maximize it's value, (trimming unneeded resources,) to fit into their portfolio. Highly possible to start seeing some changes start in April, but it will mainly be administrative processes/transactional while they are auditing the mess they have acquired. I'm sure the real carnage will come after they have identified the truly incompetent/ineffective talent that has been skating by blowing smoke up everyones a$$e$ about how good they are and have little to nothing to truly show for it.When will this all go down?
