Is it really that bad at ConMed?

adult children working there
politics and favoritism

there was an annoying arrogant smelly guy constantly flirting with a girl from another department, within the same building
it took upper management MONTHS to finally catch him

there was a pot belly guy smoking cigarettes on the sidewalk in plain site between building 1 and the bryan dairy
i doubt anyone did anything about it because engineers did not want to work there, so they needed him

there's an ao that doesn't clock out before leaving to go get food
she makes upper management laugh so they look the other way

They bend the rules when it's in their favor.
They make up new rules to screw over current production.
They can do anything at anytime to any part of the company without anyone's vote or consent.
You signed a bunch of documents before being hired, you need to remember: you put yourself there.

I am sincerely surprised this company has stayed in business for so many more years beyond my prediction. I thought between 2019-2021 this company would be a vendor for medical device companies. How could a company this weak and corrupt with bullies somehow stay in business through the fear monger virus plandemic? So many businesses filed for bankruptcy, and this company losing money continuously for years is still somehow there

Yes, it IS that bad at conmed!
Know that when you leave, it wasn't you that was the problem. It wasn't you that was unpopular or ugly or rude. This is loserville. These people don't make it very far in the grand scheme of things. These people are stuck in a high school and middle school mental state. These people expect the same immaturity and bad outcomes everywhere. They create problems and blame it on their surroundings. You'll be much happier after you leave. You'll be around less toxic people at any other job.

I used to think it was me who somehow caused problems with my coworkers there. After moving out of state and starting a job in the restaurant and catering industry, it's far more laid back with big tips. It wasn't my fault these hateful childish adults create drama and blame it on everyone else. They complain about the company never fixing anything, but yet they screw over other coworkers everyday like that's going to somehow show the company who the real boss is?? It won't end no matter how many lawsuits come their way, no matter how many reports to HR, team leader, plant manager, corporate, and site leader there are. Nobody there seems to care enough to step up and regulate everything fair and equal. I highly recommend nobody apply there, and everyone with the mental maturity and intelligence to prosper to get out of you are currently employed there. Find something that may pay less, but it also comes with a mature adult environment.
