IS IT POSSIBLE TO HAVE A MORE POORLY RUN COMPANY THAN ZOLL?





































Most companies have issues but unfortunately year over year turnover is 60-70%. What was it at the Sales Meeting? 180 rookies out of 370...maybe this little fact would scream exciting if the product wasn't a decade old. The one thing that sets the good from the bad in sales is do you care about retaining employees. Let's face it there are territories that will never find someone to fill the position because the word is out. Maybe if you at least pretended to like your sakes force that may help. I understand we have a patent expiring in under 2 years but why is there no competitor?? Hmmmm. ZOLL doesn't have a patent on defibrillation so why?? This would pair great in theory with Boston or Medtronics..but we still see no competitors. Hmmmm..scary

It is brilliant actually. The base compensation for a manager is $115,000. He can work part time for ZOLL and make his base compensation and work another job.

It is a win for ZOLL too. They have a manager in place that they do not need to pay any bonus or variable compensation to. A win/win the ZOLL way!

Haha, funny. I've heard that every month I've been here and I've only been here a year. This place is always promising "change" but when you ask what the changes are or try to escalate problems, you are told you are not supportive of the company.

Yea, not too many companies worse than this one.

There is nothing scarier than having your income dependent on a deranged company like this. However one leaves - quitting or being fired - it is better than staying. There is nothing to fear besides staying at this crazy place. Management can't scare a group of people who are already working in hell.
