I hope that Dave S is not one of them. He would continue his ineffectiveness with his "buy licorice" and "frontload everything" directives. He's done it for 5 years and that's all he is capable of. Doesn't know the business, doesn't know the product and beats the hell out of everyone that works under him. A big demotivator and not respected by ANYONE!!! If there is any hope that Medicis do well with Zyclara, it would be without the efforts of this guy.

Worked with Dave at Fujisawa back in the day. Having been in the industry for many years I can say he is one of the good guys! Wish he was still with us here at Astellas!
