The layers between Milke and the ABLs are useless. Their focus is to justify their job existence by getting in the way of front line workers. Zero EQ. Zero considerations to patients and customers. It's ALL about them and their personal agenda. What add'l busy work and distraction to sales can they continue to drum up. Hey, theyre looking for ideas.

It is a virtual certainty that the call average obsession is his doing as well. Only a truly ignorant, detached clown would expect "business as usual" after the trauma these facilities went through. A man who has not evolved since the early 2000's in his ideas is always going to be dangerous, and we are seeing it firsthand. I guess maybe he's not ready to take a bow for the insane goals increase that took place on his watch.
 




RR said he got the RD position by being in the right place at the right time while in East Hanover sales op. Nothing to do with being qualified. Has he contributed even one word of wisdom or sales help (in his incoherent rambles). Is there 1 oz of substance in any of his verbal communications, other than the obvious and generality. Poor ABLs on his team. Way to go Mikey. Its about hiring who kisses your butt the best. Also, did you even check DK reputation at Janssen. Then again, the truth doesnt matter. Its who kissed your a$$. Yes, lets expand ISS, makes alot of sense. After all, its DK baby. You drank his kool aide. Sucker. CM before RR was no better. She actually forcefully had the mid atlantic team cheer for her at meetings (remember those pre meeting demand and expectation) because the other regions cheered for their RDs and mid atlantic rightfully did not for her. Its all about smokes and mirrors. By the way, great job CM with the migraine team. We will have to promote you again.
 




We ALL agree. Grateful to be employed but shame on the corporate team for their misguided direction the past 14 months.

So we risked our lives and our family's lives with every stop we made, blew out Entresto goals and corporate decides to increase our T3 goals so much so that only a few CV territories are over 100%? And the territories with the highest volume...the ones bringing in the most revenue for CRM...are hit the hardest with too high of goals? WHO thought this was a good idea?

And then change the savings cards and free trial cards in the middle of T3? And let us know at the 11th hour? And ship us the new cards the week after the former cards were cut off? How does this help us get to where we can possibly see any IC in November? Modest Christmas this year. But at least we survived and are employed, huh?

The complete lack of decency when he announced the goal increase was shameful. If I was him I'd be down in the bunker as well. I'm sure he'll get his full bonus payout; after all, his impossible goal adjustments saved the company hundreds of thousands of dollars (if not millions) in I.C. payout to the field. Congrats Dwayne - you have a lot to be proud of!
 




All so true but they dont care. They want us to fake morale so that they look good on the surveys which is their report card. Ever notice the timing of a rahrah you are the best bs followed shortly by a survey. Then after the survey the other shoe falls. Never the other way around. Example recent FTO mess. Sadly the bulk of CRM reps play into the game and are cowards by being neutral on the surveys. You have no one to blame when YOU perpetuate and enable the problem. Blame the CYA minded reps on your team. They are most likely the kiss a$$ ones too.
 




Are you kidding? Crickets from our RD. Mid atlantic. During pandemic and now, unless for the demand of yet another ride along thru the ABLs. Or 1:1 with his 'buddies, the only voices that count.

Morale is at an all time low in CRM. Leadership is clueless because they only surround themselves w/ with people who tell them what they want to hear. The smart ABLs know the current structure is flawed but no one has a enough courage to say that this model isn’t working.
The ignorant confidence and hubris of the people making decisions for the sales force is mind blowing.
