With all the recent disasters with the FTO changes, where is Duane? Mike? Have they left the company? On PTO? No response, no guidance…..no support.
Zero communication from anyone higher than our RDs. What a joke.
Any wonder that morale is at an all time low
(In the areas that were the hardest hit during the height of the pandemic, we will not forget how they forced us back. Yes, it was a vacation for the rest of the company and the exec team loved all the fun Yammer posts. It was devastating for us, dealing with losing loved ones, friends and neighbors. Forced into the field when the danger was still real with flimsy expired masks, no protection, etc)

Well. Hey. He was busy. Fishing. The carolinas. Skiing. He was safe. Lives out in the country. His family is not in the demographics hardest hit. What does he care. Oh. Its time to prove the existence of my job. Ride alongs. I dont care about your anxiety, fear or LIFE. Its all about me.Are you kidding? Crickets from our RD. Mid atlantic. During pandemic and now, unless for the demand of yet another ride along thru the ABLs. Or 1:1 with his 'buddies, the only voices that count.
Seems like that how corporate works. Look at Rindy, she disappeared from the brand team and we were never formally communicated about any changes in the marketing team!!!!
HQ- We want to continue to work remotely. we are productive, look at us smiling and tiktoking on teams. We are so likable. it’s dangerous to work in an office during a pandemic.
HQ to sales: Get your asses in the field. Make more calls a day than you did pre pandemic. Do not talk to us about covid restrictions. Take your abl in accounts with you. Here is your new territory - we expect you to have full access to every customer. Tell us how amazing our culture is. Seriously, don’t talk to us about Covid.
