Is anyone in the Corporate Office Reading this?

I'm just wondering if anyone inside Castle Corporate is reading this board. If so, please speak up. I would love to know your thoughts on all of this. Is your experience vastly different from those of us in the field? The general feeling is that everything is great inside the corporate office and the experience in sales is different because of Rob's poor leadership. What do you think? Is it all really peaches and cream in house?

Oh, they're all reading it. They're all talking about it too. They're just too worried about their jobs to post a thing here. We all know Rob and Stacy talk about this to the "management team". Rob even mentioned it on the call. He's way too insecure to not let this get to him.

We will go ahead and say that the block is a metaphor for Robs experience as a sales executive. Robs hand, well that's Rob and the management team. Swing as they may, eventually they'll all end up too drunk to remember how broken they are, and will eventually have to use their smaller weaker hand (aka LP) and a little bit of spit to eventually get their egos back up again.

I think it is safe to say that most all of the sales force has come to the fact that with in 45days we will most likely all be fired or gone. What are you folks at Corporate gonna do when The Federal Court awards about a dozen or so of Us Poe bastards one hell of a judgement against Castle and it has to file backruptcy?

Little Robbie is reading this. More than likely on an hourly basis. Especially since he even mentioned it on a call. He is a bully and a coward. The reason he didn't break the brick the first time is he quit on it. He did not follow through. From what a sempai grasshopper once exprained to me is you have to hit through the object. Rooks rike rittre Robbie not abre to understand that. Maybe in his dojo they no break brick. Bricks break serf because they are afraid of Kung Foo master like Roundhouse Robbie.

So when you have a douche like Robbie get up there and act like a total class a tool, you see the real Robbie. The Robbie that can't get it done. The Robbie who is a failed actor. Failed model. Failed painting contractor. He is such a douche he failed at painting flat surfaces. Walls my friends. Wax on wax off my ass. Danierson, he no paint fence up down side side. Danierson not even paint frat Warr werr enough to get paid. Failed flat surface painter.

How did he strike it big in marketing? Threw mud on the wall. Then had the balls to say he re-invent ed the way people sell. Even though he admits he succeeded by accident.

So what do we as a society call people like this? People who crap on others and have zero remorse. Zero compasion. Sociopaths. Google it. They know what they are doing is wrong. They don't care. They lie about people to their face. They don't care. They know they are taking you from a well paying solid job and will fire you in less than a year. They don't care. Zero remorse. Sociopathic behavior.

Yea they are reading this. Little Robbie curses us everyday. Probably hourly. He feels himself to be the victim. You know he cries to LP saying it is not fair. They tell each other they offered all of us the world and we threw it away. And that they worked with all of us daily. They also know they are lying, and they don't care. Home office people are too afraid. Too much koolaid.

This castle will crumble. No two ways about it. The Little Robbie can go on to Harvard and teach marketing to MBA students.

You know, we would never have been in this position if Big Sexy just ate the brick for Rob.
