I love it here! It's my family. Ian is my daddy. Pfizer loves you too. You must embrace the love, welcome Pfizer into your heart, give up your soul. You are saving mankind with our wonderful life improving/ saving
drugs. You will be rewarded in Pfizer heaven.

I heard today we have someone who was leaving and to stay they asked for the average salary of the top 10 salesman in North America and got it to stay. Pfizer keeps who performs and that's normal business. If you sell you are in. If ou sell for 10 years plus you have control. Just sell people

long time reps like myself in a highly specialized area have fallen behind in pay. It's a good company but I may have to leave to get a salary comparable to others doing the same job. That sucks.
