Iroko Start Date??

Thank you !
I have no Pharma experience, but I do have an MBA and extensive sales background.
$60k + small bonus sounds great to me right now.....
I have had plenty of jobs offered in the last 3 months that start at $11.00/hr..... (not a joke)
So this opportunity sounds amazing to me.

You're welcome. I'm an experienced rep and got offered 65k. Not the best but can do worse. It's ultimately about being happy. I'm happy to take it an hopefully the company grows and expands. Nice to see someone on CP who isn't negative. There is good and bad in every job. Good luck

I already have an offer but does anyone know if FDA approval is still set for OCT 18th? With the whole govt shutdown will push the approval back? I'm assuming the staff has been cut down? Any info greatly appreciated! Just trying to see the odds of start date changing?

Okay boys & girls the FDA is a goernment agency, & I assume will not be working with the shutdown, so I predict that the approval will be delayed. Also, don't be too confident with the large number of positions Iroko is hiring for at launch. The Endo contract with Ventiv did the same thing & at 1 year eliminated 1/2 the positions. SC & NC & Ga has way too many sales positions for the business that will grow in year #1.

I had my face to face screening today, and will find out in the next 24 hours if I get to do a panel interview.

Can anyone who has had the panel interview PLEASE walk me through the process of what happened, and how it ended.....THANKS

Face to face went very smooth.....wanted to know how I accomplished certain big sales and what was the reasoning behind my tactics. Be sure to show confidence while maintaining a slight but of modesty......very low pressure, just tell your story and have at least 3 success stories memorized very well. I literally felt like I was making a sales presentation for myself. If you can, construct a small powerpoint selling Zorvolex......most of all, remember that this is a great opportunity to introduce a great new product. If you are truly hungry for the opportunity it will show and you will be the pick......good luck.....just got an offer and I am really excited about the opportunity.

Yes, this is how my f2f screening was too.
Did you do the powerpoint on Zorvolex and present it at the panel interview?
Can you tell us what your offer looked like? $65k? Fusion? 2 week vac? 7 personal days? 401k to 6%?
This is looking like the common offer.
Please tell, as you can remain anonymous. Congrats on the offer!

I think all offers are 55-65.....all other details you mentioned are spot on.......vacation accrued.....I did do presentation with information from internet.....I think they were more impressed that I took the time to do it......didn't really present it formally, just went over it highlighting the selling points of the drug.....this is going to be a great opportunity with a company that has a great pipeline of innovation......hope you get the offer.....they may have you wait a week or so. Just try to stay in contact with your recruiter after a few days......best of luck to you!
