Iroko Start Date??

So if we are selected as the candidate for the Iroko contract job....and are offered the job at the regional F2F interviews that are starting up....when is our official start date going to be? If the first products approval date is Oct. 18th will they start us on payroll the 19th or before then so we can start training?

Also...what are your thoughts on if the product will actually get approved when they are expecting it to?? So many times it seems like the FDA pushes these approvals back months and months. Do you see that happening here? It will be hard to keep good reps that accept offers around if we have to fear product not being approved.

Start November. Product should be approved. What I don't know is will we get an offer the same day after avp interview or will there be a wait?
 












got offer that night after panel interviews
October 18-PDUFA date
Nov 18-hire date
2 weeks home study starting Nov 18
training in Florida Dec 2-11

no exceptions to start date, I tried to alter to no avail
