DM interviews begin this coming week on east coast then week of May 20 in Dallas. My interview was confirmed this past week for Dallas. DM's will be direct hires and reps will begin as Inventiv employees.
 






So if we are on the east coast and haven't gotten a call for a live interview - do you think that means that they have passed on us? I was told the Iroko people would decide what DMs to interview - the recruiter said he was passing me along, but I haven't heard anything since then? Anyone have any insight?

I know!! Just more typical recruiter BS! I hope someday they are on the other end of the phone waiting and wondering!

i sent in the resume, had the phone screen, answered the 3 questions , and I would have bet money that I would have been called. I tried the recruiter all week. calls, emails and no reply . If someone got a live IV , can you please post so I can have closure.

Yes, some offers have gone out. The difference between final candidates are those with more experience in the pain market were extended offers. This will not be an easy sell, very much a niche, tiered product. Given a 1 product company there will be lots of immediate pressure to produce results.
 






I call BS. No offers have gone out as final interviews have not even taken place in Philly yet. Stop stirring the pot. And they are not 1 product- they have 7 in the near term pipeline. If you are so smart, what is Iroko's competitve edge/strategy?

Wrong. They have already identified their top candidates to sell a branded aspirin. Good luck to those poor schmucks. No way they will succeed. Why do you think they are going with a contract sales force through those dopes at inventiv? Have you ever met anyone from inventiv? Total losers. Reinforces the fact that they have no faith in the success of their company. Short lived move at best. Only good for those that need to take a job while they continue to look. I interviewed in Atlanta a few weeks back and was embarrassed for the inventiv a-holes.
