Look at all the papers published and posters for ACG. What about our talks and how well respected our paths are in the industry? WE ARE THE GOLD STANDARD. Quality does matter and it WILL win out, you'll see. And we DO have a good team, they try very hard to motivate and help close deals so we can all win. This will be big.

All our respected paths either don't actually read for caris or are leaving. i would say we are the bronze standard. quality should matter but our paths dont get it. you do not hear a 1/4 of the complaints we sales folks do. your office walls keep you insulated from it. get out in the field more often and you'll see, oh i forget you dont like that. im going to get another drink, do you want some more koolaid?
 






Look guys, the bottom line is you're sales people. We ALL have a quota to hit. You have all the tools you need or could want, and the best quality on the planet. just make a few extra calls and find that doc that hasn't used a GI path before and close him. Every other rep in the GI path industry wants to be where you are and would kill to have what you have on your business card. Make it happen! We will win big.

We are not winning shit!! Have you seen the news lately. Economy in the dump and getting worse. No one is going public for a while. And, this company makes NO money!!!!!
 






Pay attention, this is soooooo funny. Its not your management team putting up these blow hard posts, its people from the outside that just like to f... with you. We all know you are tanking, there is no IPO coming, all of your reps are looking for other jobs, insurance companies sell against you and other reps drool when they hear you are the incumbent lab. thanks for proving my previous post. See team, the competition is scared to death of us and they hope we will buy into these rumors that we have problems or quality doesn't matter. If heis earlier point is truthful then doesn't that mean your not part of Mgt but rather actually our competition trying to mess with us. Which means we shouldn't work together at all but against one another? This is so Kafkaesque!
 






we are winning - reps typically will stay home after their commission is over
we are winning - client services can and will destroy accounts over stupid mistakes made over and over again
we are winning - steve and bob convincing jerry we got it under control
we are winning - Lash will kill all our derm/dermpaths and paths as he had planned
we are winning - our paths are pumping out slides without the need to dx difinitively, these accounts should have enough education to pick something out of the dx line that looks right
we are winning - caris is hiring so many foreign doctors it wil be looked at as a stellar example of diversity
we are winning - caris is loosing more highly qualified reps who know what their doing and how to run their business, but they get paid to much so better for caris their gone.

These comments that you feel are hurtful are only hurtful to those that are sought out. so fuck you. it does produce somethintg of value to me. this is our ombudsman so to speak that is actually partial. be positive or silent? what the fuck are you some 1960 wife. Guys, today we have a choice to make, to sit on these boards and complain, or to get out there next week and MAKE our future. We are right on the cusp of greatness. A HUGE win is at hand and there for the taking. If we push hard and work alittle more, victory is ours. BIG things will happen and we will be winning.
