Its not about during the day that I care so much about. I don't like the idea that my manager can see where I am at night and weekends. Their has got to be some type of privacy issues. Can they see where we are on our phones too? The phones have gps and 3G.

Did you read the fine print on the documents you signed when you got hired. That's where your privacy went. As shitty as it is, companies have the right to "spy" on their employees when using company devices (phones, ipads). Don't like it, get your own.

First off, why do you think the company cares what you are doing at 1pm on a Monday anyway? Except of course if you are wasting valuable company time and surfing cafe farmer in the middle of the day?

I leave it at the house half the time. Don't need it for every case. Plus, don't want it to get stolen by the thief's in half my accounts!!
