IPA... Hmmm

Translation: how dare you not be as irrational and outraged as me!?! If you aren't willing to join my conspiracy party and anonymously rip your leadership then I will attack you too!
Lol. What a fake tough guy you are
This is starting to turn into a pissing contest. Must of hit a nerve. This has nothing to do with being tough. This has to do with what's right. If this is your official come back then there must be some legitimacy to all the rants on here. I personally like it here and enjoy the company of majority of the people I work with but I feel this needs to be addressed. Bashing each other on here isn't going to fix the issue. You need to take a step back and put yourself in a reps shoes and realize our point of view. We are busting it out selling a friggin PK and generating significant volume for this company. Every RX counts, not only for the company but for the motivation of a rep. Chew on that and think about that for a bit before post how idiotic we are or how tough we are trying to be.

NAILED IT!!!!

This seems like the same 2 people going back and forth. Why don't you both just post your phone numbers and give each other a call. The other 95% of the company doesn't see the problem with our MS numbers or each other.

omg lmfao, has to be a post from marketing. Their job is to make bold statements w/ out any actual data to reinforce it. I guess I may have missed the memo where the entire field was polled on their thoughts surrounding MS number changes with vendors??? NOT!

You forgot incorporating an example of known "bold statements" that lack data. Rep: "So Dr does this market research sway your opinion." Doc: "It seems powerful can I see the data?" Rep wins altercation by persuading doctor, that its not necessary to show because their word is good for it.

Marketing has nothing to do with IPA numbers

Pretty sure it's just dude arguing with himself. Then posting things like "OMG this poster(me) is so right!!!" The truth is 99% of reps don't come on this site to complain. They come to see how miserable a few of their peers are and laugh at them.

Here is an idea, TR will be at your meeting, why not ask him about it during the corporate overview, unless you are a keyboard hero.
simmer down now corporate hero. It's obvious you come here to gather insight on what's happening in the field. Whether it's true or not, you may find some concerns. The concerns with the IPA aren't just by a select few like you think. It's more of your duty to talk about this than it is ours.

Typical. Bitch and moan and make wild accusations about a great leadership team anonymously. When provided a venue to address it like a grown up the deflection starts- "that's not my responsibility, it s theirs!"
The funniest part is there is absolutely zero chance of any negative backlash from asking TR abou this stuff.

Very true. The complainers on here act like leadership is some tyrannical dictatorship. When was the last time someone got fired for bringing up a concern. When one of us does, it is usually addressed with an intelligent, thoughtful answer such as "We had that concern as well, but after looking at all of the options this one made the most sense for our business." And I truly believe that when I hear it.

Ex rep here that likes to see what goes on in Supernus. For people complaining, if you don't like it just interview for a new job and quit. If the company doesn't meet your needs than move on before you're here for another five years and stuck. Why stay? It's not like the pay is good and they make you memorize a cheesy presentation. There's many content people at the company which is fine but if you don't like it leave like half the sales force has. Trust me there's bigger and better jobs out there that pay more, don't make you memorize a script and let you sell. I left and couldn't be happier with my decision. This doesn't mean the company is terrible but it didn't fit my needs.
