Intuitive Surgical CSA Position

I certainly agree with you in regards to operative laparoscopic skills for general vs. gyn surgeons. However I believe Cardiac and Thoracic along with Gyn will allow for more adoption to new surgeons. I don't think Titan will ever become near ISRG but do think their is room for 2-3 competitors, especially when intuitive requires upgrades every few years.

And especially since all the hospitals HATE Intuitive for the strong arm tactics they use to force hospitals to purchase robots. I worked for them, so I can say what a bunch of dicks!

You device reps think your the shit! Stop being so god damn arrogant, we understand its a work hard play hard environment but that doesn't mean that somebody with previous sales experience SHOULDN'T be eligible for the job. I'm currently with intuitive with 2 years pharma sales (TOP 1%) and I'm running circles around the veterans on my team. So stop being so judgmental and STEP out of the box and MAYBE JUST MAYBE you will see that there is potential with other candidates.
