Non leadership role may mean we choose to put our time into projects that have more meaning to us. Our egos don't need titles. This probably is over your head.
 






Leadership role here. I can tell you Glenn’s behavior at POA is fully noted. He is walking on eggshells at home office. His colleagues are starting to see through him— actually everyone is. GSK Clan or not, we need to make some changes to save this company. We need to remember where we came from, even just a few years ago, we were far from GSK.

I’m not management either, but I know enough not to try to be an armchair quarterback. Why don’t you post solutions rather than negativity, since you are so much smarter...or are you are so much cooler online.

Management does little to contribute to patient care. They live in partial reality because many tell them what they want them to hear cause they have power and control, and they visit customers deemed appropriate for them to see. They never choose customers to see that would take too much initiative. They make assumptions that are sometimes true and sometimes not, yet they think they know everything. It is usually a process of identifying their insecurities and pandering to them in order to either manipulate them or stroke their egos to guide them into reality.
