Agreed and just checked out their career page and it looks like Teva is back and expanding again. I've always heard it was a great family environment over there without all the back stabbing we see in big pharma. I guess their new CEO that came over from Lundbeck has got things going again. Psychiatry expansion, Biologic Respiratory expansion, new Migraine product doing very well and current portfolio looks strong with nice pipeline. Comp package is still well above industry standards.

What does comp look like for a new hire?

How does Austedo stack up against their competition Ingrezza? I hear that Teva might have some advantages with getting their product to the patient quicker due to formulary status.

This is true. Teva is the big leagues and you can milk it for all its worth.

This is the big leagues. Pharma is the minors and this is the Big Leagues. It's an easy job with high pay and the Managers have no idea. Just make a call a day and phone in the rest. Easy paycheck.

Recently joined and manager is clueless. I just email him a ton of plans and he has no idea. Just hit the ball out of the park once a quarter and they have no idea.

Managers and recruiters are clueless and are the worst at doing their job. Start reporting these idiots to the company folks! One by one, they need to get cut.
