Management is awful. Horrible launch.
Drug is good but MC stinks and generic penetration is on the horizon.
Take something else unless you are desperate
Stay away. I talked to current and former reps all have negative feelings about management.
Are you micro managed in the field? How often do you have field rides?
90% new managers who have zero experience in the space. Expect micro management.

And, with the recent management shake-up to move things in a more positive direction, and improved MC status for Auryxia vs a year ago, now is a much better time to join Keryx. January 2016 is not January 2015. Naysayers will quickly denounce this post, but in time I will be proven correct.
Thanks Stuart Smalley. The bar was set pretty low. Doesn't take a genius to figure out 2016 should be a better year. We can only hope that management stops paying the bottom feeders. Listening to people brag about their percent to goal knowing that their quarterly quotas are less than some peoples monthly quotas is sickening.
