What is the base salary range and car allowance for this position?
I agree. Unless you are unemployed, run to the hills. This company will be underwater in the very near future, The drug is good but it will be at least a year before any data for CKD is published and even then, the indication will be after that. The doctors will throw you a script or 2 just help you out but the gold standard of Renvela will not go away. Sanofi has reps who either have been there since Genzyme or have relationships solid
So here's a thought: While on my phone screen interview, I inquired about base. Was told they usually give 5-8% promo increase to join. So don't tell them your current base is 89K so they'll offer $95K. Tell them your base is $125K so they'll have to offer $135K. Make them eat their own words.
things will get much worse once the realignment occurs. corporate better have a good retention plan in place. performing reps are feeling burned by management not allowing any field input into the realignment decisions or any other decisions. every thing is done by outside vendors. the decision making process in boston is a complete joke. it's no surprise that the launch is a disaster and many people have left. unless you're unemployed, i would suggest staying far away.
During your interview ask why turnover is so high and morale is so low? Ask why FSDs and HR are reaching out to employees after they quit and then turning around saying the company didn't need them? Ask why reimbursement is so slow that reps pay their expense reports out of their own pocket to avoid late fees? Share the responses because we can't get answers to these questions.
who else is giving notice this week? i did! So excited to get out of here! even if it is to relypsa. hoping relypsa is not a keryx repeat. i have a family to feed.
Music to my ears. I thought this day would never come. Your negativity has been poisoning the well all year long. Best of luck at Relypsa. You thought a simple warning on Auryxia was a hard sell. Try a black box warning on a mediocre product.
