Interviewing

Yes, this company is filled with scum that has risen to the top - Cerberus came along - sucked out all the $$$ (you know - like Bain Capital - same exact concept) Now it limps along with a tired old boys club, pinching pennies, sucking off the company teet..... Those that have left are much better off.

if you are applying for an ATS role realize that you are an at will employee and can be let go at any time it is not a full 1 year they are giving you. Grifols has already let 2 people go for having a slow first quarter in the field and there was no warning. Everyone in the current pilot is nervous for their the jobs

on the bright side

It is a great opportunity for someone who is not already working with another company.

Grifols has good perks such as not to many ride days, decent trips and the people seem pretty down to earth and training is easy.

good luck

I was called about a job with this company by both the internal recruiter and a headhunter. The pay they are offering for the experience they want is way off base. I already make more money than they offer by a fair amount.

Get with the times.

Sorry, but after grossly overpaying for Talecris, there just isn't much money left.

I spent two years at Grifols, knew I didn't like it within a few months, people were nice but company is cheap and a bit shady by my standards, took my time to find what I wanted, there are a lot of crappy companies/drugs out there and a few good ones, landed a great job with better benefits and pay.

Do not count on getting an offer letter from this company, until it is in your hand. That should go for all companies. Keep all of your interviews in tact until that point and be skeptical even if you are told you are the chosen candidate. At the end a political situation can arise so just make sure you look out for yourself.

good point - some companies interview and no hear for weeks and then same company expects you to take offer when other companies making offers too. take care of numeral UNO only and don't worry what companies are doing or not doing! not like they care when a severence and layoff comes about
