Interviewing for Sales Position....any advice?

So true! It starts at the top- ask our leaders to come to a customer meeting- they have no idea how to sell our products. Most of our so called leaders don’t even go in the field. This is a great place to collect a paycheck while you look for your next gig.

The top leaders are here to collect a paycheck too . Many of them would not be able to replicate their pay or title at another company.
