Spot on……Don't know if youre M/F. Depends who you have to report to. Several RBDs are predatory (Orlando), some hands off, some (most) are not helpful.
Pacira used to be a very cool place to work 5+ years ago. Good money was to be had. Too much politics. Too many FODs (Friends of Dave), Good managers are long gone, on to bigger and better jobs. Sales leadership is pathetic. IC plan, if they can roll it out before April of beginning of calendar year, is virtually unobtainable.
As with most companies, Finance gives a number they are willing to pay and gives it to Sales, then its reverse engineered to appear to be attractive. It usually isn't.
Good luck. Do your due diligence.
This is 100% accurate.Don't know if youre M/F. Depends who you have to report to. Several RBDs are predatory (Orlando), some hands off, some (most) are not helpful.

Pacira does not operate like a real company. They make it up as they go and as others have said treat their employees terribly. Look at their Glassdoor ratings etc…would not trust them with a career or job.I was told that the base was $100k is it $125 with experience? I’m just trying to understand why I was told that the base was so much lower.
This is Sherrod. He's not going anywhere. If he left he'd actually have to work instead of sitting alone on golf simulator.Don't know if youre M/F. Depends who you have to report to. Several RBDs are predatory (Orlando), some hands off, some (most) are not helpful.

Several of us have been here for years and nothing has changed. Our so called sales leaders have no clue what they are doing and most of us are just looking for our next job.Toxic culture, generic product, poor pay, horrible leadership…..but if that’s what you are looking for, go for it!
So true! It starts at the top- ask our leaders to come to a customer meeting- they have no idea how to sell our products. Most of our so called leaders don’t even go in the field. This is a great place to collect a paycheck while you look for your next gig.Several of us have been here for years and nothing has changed.
