Interviewed with CG in FL. How did she get the DM position?







Yeap, she is tough as nails. But she is willing to do what it takes to win. She is not and RD that will be with you in the field and just watch. She rolls up her sleeves and gets the job done with you. I heard her say once, I'm going to hate her all the way to the bank and have to say that it has been true. I don't love her, but I respect her.

She was right, I am getting paid BIG TIME. So I still don't like her and have to agree she can be a bit.. but she has helped me get the job done and I am happy because I am making mo money.

Bottomline, That's what it's all about.

Maybe she knows you are mentally deficient and therefore is easy on you. You certainly are low class to cast dispersions on individuals you do not know. You epitomize the classic stereotype of the south being populated with rednecks.


I happen to know her very well, maybe to well....this women bleeds insecurity, has zero regard for the business and her savvy is to step on necks, make enemies and hide behind a phone facade of "hard charging money maker"....what a colossal joke. There are many here who would never be employed by a real company....sad yet true.
 






You are such losers. I know LO and she has been nothing but nice to me. She is perceived as being tough and strict just by people that cannot do the job because she does not like mediocre sales reps and she is not afraid to let them know if they are.

Only losers like you both feel that way.


I love when managers, (if you can call them that) come on here and post to try and deflect and in some cases defend themselves amongst a team and "lowly subordinate" reps who know that their act and trick as a manager is just that, a hoax. This women is an actor, and when I see and read people like you use the "strict" and "tough" you lose all credibility. This is not grade school and professional sales reps do not need nor do they want to be associated with expense report admin. assistants or "managers" who think they are a proctor or teacher punishing little kids. If you think a DM in this biz is to be an enforcer of "Strictness" than you are fricken kook and loser.....my manager knows better than this, as a senior rep who rocked all my quotas, the secret to my success was how to "manage my dopey manager" and keep them in their lane.....at home approving exp. reports and running reports to keep their own jobs and keep with their RD. Genoptix is about CYA and whom ever can throw under the bus the farthest wins.......

None of this matters. FCS is lost to Genoptix thanks to Harwin and Neogenomics. No need to have a rep on that coast anymore for any lab company except Neo. I think the rep just left. Look up Florida Cancer Specialists and see what they are doing in Fl. Buying up everyone!
 












Re Bad DM/RM

Ditto to above post. PR team has 3 reps +1 bully DM = 4 on a tiny island with no competition! They'd better sell!! Wish I had 4 in my territory.
How about that $10K+ bonus for "staying". New management finally sees a HUGE prob with the company. hahahahaha
