The girl can flat out sell...period. That's all we care about at this company, if you think otherwise you are delusional. LO's promotion is proof of that. I would work for her vs some of the other bozos I have seen who have never even sold in the lab space. The real test will be how long she can keep her employees...everyone not making budget should start looking based on how LO treats people who are not 110% to goal.
 






I think she is great unlike some ass clown managers at this company past and present. I still don't know why their is one particular manager still employed at this company? Any guesses and why on those guesses?

No she isn't great She is SUPER GREAT and a genius BAHAHAHAHAHA. You company pumpers are immature to say the least. No matter how sharp CG is she is too new to say how a good a manager she will turn out to be.

Cara will prove herself to be a good or a poor manager in due time. But Great she is not at least not yet and those that think so should put on the cheerleading uniform and perform some cheers at the next NSM.
 






I would work with LO anyday. True she is tough but I rather work with someone who wants me to be the best than work with someone who is afraid of my success. Plus, she is not as mean as people say but she does not like people that do not work. Do your job, numbers or not you will be fine and she will suppot you.

How funny that people are so afraid her. She is not taller than my nephew.

LO manages through fear and distrust. She is not a leader! She has no interest in her people and does not trust them one bit. It will be interesting to see the turnover rate and performance of the Region under her guidance. I wish her luck, but I think she is a tyrant!
 












You are such losers. I know LO and she has been nothing but nice to me. She is perceived as being tough and strict just by people that cannot do the job because she does not like mediocre sales reps and she is not afraid to let them know if they are.

Maybe she knows you are mentally deficient and therefore is easy on you. You certainly are low class to cast dispersions on individuals you do not know. You epitomize the classic stereotype of the south being populated with rednecks.

Interesting to check this out. Obviously people commenting about LO do NOT work under her. From what has been said and known...There is no trust, respect or honesty with this one. You are never good enough, even though the South is a top district, and that alone will destroy any morale in the region. Good reps will leave, let's see how she does as a RSM. Ha!
