Yes reps are leaving. LabCorp behaves like Ivan Boesky did in the mid 80's (remember Eastern Airlines). Brother Dave buys, RIPS and RIFs with harsh pruning of employees. The Genzyme people had a 1 yr. parity clause that gave them a fat check to make up for the lost bennies under the LH plan.
Their salaries were much higher- Mike Mine says he got them equal...ask USL folks this. Most GG team started at 85k and several are above 100k base. How long would that last? The GG team is out with good reason. IO-IG have 4 manager openings, 11 SME openings, and are not backfilling positions in admin.
Wendy and Peter Pan are flying all over to get sky miles. Their authority is dotted line to the division. Wendy has no authority over the "lost boys in Peter's pack."

If you stay buy stock. I know it is hard to swallow...but this may be your only way to make up for the pay cut. Genzyme folks used to get grants and options - they made a ton of money. You can too! Good luck and remember the bargain....you are paid to perform. There is no loyalty on the company's webpage. Patient care is not an option- revenue is. Produce money and you stay, no numbers and your out.

Honestly, I would never consider hiring someone who uses the language you do. The lack of response after your first interview, may be a direct result of the attitude the interviewer picked up from you. I think it's a "Dear John" email that you'll be receiving.

Grow up, and take a course in Professionalism. It seems to be a skill set that you lack!
