Honestly. Here is a real answer to your question. There is no normal time frame. It depends on how many people have applied and how the managers schedule shakes out. Many sales managers spend time on the road. If it has been a couple of weeks since your first interview, send an email to let them know you are very interested in the position, ask if there is anything that they might like clarified, thank them for their time and let them know you look forward to hearing from them.

Real issue is not how quick they get back to you. The financials just came out and they were not good. Ask the hiring manager why they laid off 4 hospital reps and have over a dozen openings in the IG-IO division. Bottom line...they won't hire anyone with these circumstances clouding their poor performance.

This is FUCKING Bullshit!! Why the fuck did they call me in???? I took time out of my day to meet your fucking manager and now????? They cant go forward???

You may want to apply for the RMBD position and use this vernacular during the interview. They will know your a team player. Also promenently display the required reading - Ritz Carlton Ladies and Gentlemen. Tell them you will be verbally abusive and blame the KAE for any mistakes. Mention that fear and tyranny is your primary style. Additionally add the color purple, green, blue and red. Those are your primary selling colors. Have a Baggie to put a test tube in. We can't wait to welcome you to the team.

Is this what they told you, or are you assuming this will happen based on these posts? If the latter, then send the RMBD a personal follow up explaining your continued interest. And then, you will have to be patient. The RMBDs are all over the place, running scared and probably mired in other time-sensitive non sales projects. Take some solice in knowing your temperment and diction are perfect for this company.
 












I don't know .... maybe it is the Psyco Attitude you have. When they do a background and see you need Anger Management, pretty much says it all. You need to fix that or you will never go anywhere in life!
