Post something when this is about to occur because I know a lot of my commission dollars weren't accounted for during my 3 year stance with Wraser. It's hard to believe that this can take place in such a respected industry and go unpunished. Let us know!
 












Base up to 30k, month bonus, car or allowance. Besure to ask about expectations as many reps are very unhappy about all the write ups. I would ask to see the last 6 months sales and bonus numbers which they should have with them. This will give you and idea of bonus potential. Hope this helps.
 






























I interviewed with one of your DM's and I kid you not he could not tell me how the bonus plan worked. Seriously. Either he is too far removed or the plan changes so often even the DM's can't keep track.

If you think explaining the bonus payout crossed him up, wait till they try and explain the expectations and lack of being able to produce the last 6 months of sales for the territory you are interviewing for.
