Very true! Once you’re in and trying to sell Rexulti and your 1st doc looks at you like “ are you serious”, you will see just how totally disinterested they are in Rex the Me-Too. In order to work here successfully, you must have Olympic lying skills about calls. If you are an accomplished liar, you may do well. “Sign here please” is the Rex presentation. Correct, at this point, nobody wants to hear anything about Rexulti anymore. It's like watching the Bonanza re-run for the 198th time. Who in their right mind does that?

Did my digital interview early January.... haven't heard squat. If this is how you run your organization, then it's not the place for me. Taking a better spot at a company that followed up and actually wanted to hire someone.....

Of course you won't hear anything from Otsuka! You are just a number, replaceable at any time if hired. They know you barely work anyway. You are just here to keep a seat warm, employ a DSM and RSD.
