Do tell about LR - she is the new RM for the West. Used to be a rep - Colorado based. I have upcoming video conference/interview with her. Told she is a bit of an ice queen with no personality and stone faced/serious all the time. Last thing I want is to work for a crazy woman on a rampage to prove herself. I hate managers that manage out of fear ... it’s not the way to lead and ends up with high turnover with reps on the team. Anyone have the real scoop on her that has worked with her?

I haven’t worked for her. But have heard that she’s one of those crazy ones. Just don’t trust her, or let your guard down around her. How odd is it that she went from being a rep to being a RD lol. Also, be careful of who she hires for the management roles. If they even end up staying long...

All Syneos managers, including the one you talked to, were let go this week. Syneos reps now report to newly hired Intercept managers. Biggest concern I have right now is who they hired as Regional Directors. They have just brought their buddies over from Salix and creating a "good old white boy" network.

Which directors came from Salix? I only know the one in the west.
 
























does not look good. at all. this is what they get for hiring garbage execs to run the show such as RK, CW, JD and DF. sell your stock if you haven’t already. and start applying elsewhere if you were really that naive that we would get approval by now
