Looks like Intarcia is beginning to build out the field sales force, using Publicis for the recruiting process. Anyone working for the company currently, able to provide some insight as to the culture, compensation, benefits, etc.?

1st go read glassdoor dot com and look for reviews from Hayweird. Be prepared to be shocked. Toxic culture, lot of politics, back-stabbing and no trust down to the lower level. Questionable ethics and thus hire lot of Asians who can be manipulated to do not so clean and "legal" things. Too many manufacturing and quality problems, and a lot of good and employable people left in a hurry. Old timer production people's general skills and especially English skills are low to begin with due to low pay and none of these people could have landed jobs in other pharma outfit. I-880 is still hellish as stop and go starts right off the Industrial Blvd.
