We are not investing in R&D as we are being primed to be sold off , its all about cutting costs everywhere so prospective buyers see healthier numbers then its the new owners problem !
 
















Scary to hear them talk about more "bolt-on" acquisitions for growth, especially still being under the weight of the debt from the HR debacle. Would be nice to get our financial and operational issues (caused (in part) by Joe's missteps) in check before looking to a new acquisition and taking on more debt

Hope that for whatever they have in the works, they do better DD this time around and not leave shareholders with an even bigger turd.

I think of the spectacular failure of Starling or Cheetah , i remember heather lying to Joe in a eeting once

Heahter " Joe we made $26 M"

Reality US sales were $14 million.......

what a great loss leader acquistion and a great distraction
 
















I love how they say no fear management, but all the leaders we have from Directors level & up are toxic af; there's no psychological safety in this company, and people straight up don't have common decency on how to treat people/teams. STOP LYING HEATHER. LOOK AT ALL THE REVIEWS YOU GET OF THE LEADERS AND DO SOMETHING!!!
 








ZERO Innovation at Baxter and way too many Lawyers and HR folks making decisions. We essentially have a zero risk tolerance when it comes to new ideas. Without risk there will continue to be no reward
