Tylenol is oral acetaminophen and there is a huge difference. You'll clearl never get that and that's partly why you'll never be successful. Pharmacists are the most unethical department in all of medicine. The sad thing is they know the majority of new drugs are substantially better than earlier medicines, but want to keep their budgets down for their own benefit at the cost of the patient. They could care less. Pharmaceutical companies are constantly under scrutiny, but no one is watching the pharmacy. There should be a national independent investigation done and many shocking surprises would be revealed. Patients going to the hospital need to do their own research as they usually get the cheapest stuff while still paying top dollar for their medications. Pharmaceutical companies are big business and should be profitable unless people don't want new discoveries. Pharmacies are big business and they are looking out for themselves for the $.

Oh stop whining, you idiot. Pharmacies have had their drug purchase budgets slashed every year since 2008. That means they are not going to buy your overpriced intravenous acetaminophen when they can get elixir, tablets or suppositories for 1,000 units cheaper than one vial of your garbage Ofirmev. Stop whining. Pharmacies are only doing the job they are paid to do--make appropriate choices given the limited budgets they have. Their job is not to insure you get your bonus or keep your job--but to keep the hospital's costs down with kinetically equivalent medications.

Your sales reps routinely refer to Ofirmev in our hospital as "injectable Tylenol" and proceed to tell us we're going against standard of care not using your overpriced IV APAP. Newsflash, jackoff: your crap isn't any better than oral or rectal acetaminophen and nobody is willing to pay $35/dose when they can get a caseload of either oral or rectal dosing foms for that amount.

But hey they have 15+ yrs of experience and are waiting for the "right opportunity".
