Agree. She also knows all the details of the surveillance software in the smart phones , ipads and laptops . This will go a long way to clean house of the reps making fake calls.

HR here -Posts which criticize management are unacceptable. Those caught will be disciplined with pay and or. Benefit cuts. HR takes this kind of post very seriously. ACT management is implementing improved monitoring and web address tracing. IT will employ improved Silent Runner software. So halt this immediately and praise management if you must post.

There are no laptops and company issued cell phones with Actavis. Hope it stays that way. If not we might as well be issued brown uniforms and drive brown trucks.

Management needs to cull out the reps who fake calls; watch hours of lorn; take 3 hr lunches: forge signatures. The new s/w will help catch the culprits. HR will run the investigation. Posters to this site during work hrs will also be caught.

DM here (lunch break): Forest has the highest percentage (over 35%) of fake calls in the industry. Do you see why management is so upset with the reps? A major house cleaning is the only viable solution to exterminate this evil culture of dishonesty. That's why we DMs are backing corporate all the way in implementing the solution.

GOOD POINT. Any IT person worth his salt should consider career opportunities out there. If you are in IT and want to 'see what's out there' then contact your IT RECRUITER.

Funny thing about Forest / Actavis people. People will be let go but no one thinks "it's going to be me" or "anyone on this team". Talk about living in denial, WOW! If there are six of you in a room, one of you will be gone on September 1st.

How do you define "fake" calls? I never forge signatures, but with about a 40% no see/non-existent/ moved/retired call panel I don't have much to work with. If I'm pounding the pavement and visiting the offices that are real, I'm making it work. You DMs don't have a clue about real life out here. Screw you and your spyware.

Relax, the people who are monitoring may be a faded memory by September 1st. Powerless, lost and alone. In the meantime, who's up for shots?

RD on monitor duty:: Another DISRESPECTFUL post. Will forward to corporate leadership panel which is surveying these sites. To imply that a rep cannot do better than 1o calls a day is insulting and definitely NOT PCLUB material. Industry norm is 11 calls a day. Forest reps are maxing out at maybe 4 (that includes the 35% plus fake calls). Please guys and gals show some spunk and get those numbers up so we do not have to replace you.
