Inflammation manager in upstate New York

























I am thinking of interviewing and it would be with this guy. I have another position I’m moving forward with. Is he that bad? I’ve been doing this for a while. I’m well aware Dms make or break teams. Please be honest , no haters please.

He would be gone if his manager knew how lazy he is. Self absorbed, never does field rides, takes credit for everything when he does absolutely nothing. Pathetic Amgen! Fire him
 




His team is falling apart. And he will wonder why Bc he is self absorbed and is not in touch with his people. Never has been. He doesn’t possess the capability to invest time, or to show empathy or compassion to his team. It’s Steve’s world, and we just live in it.

He will certainly drop in numbers now more than ever. Effort will be required. Lack of retention is the number one sign of a bad manager.

People don’t leave companies, people leave a bad boss. That’s a fact.
