primary care puppets that know nothing, yet they are making our salaries, and gained the better geos.

The Repatha KAMS are the absolute worst. They provide no value. Stop the madness

What we need to understand is that the Repatha KAMs are the replacement squad for CV Red. Think about it. We have been placed in these small 1 up territories with enormous growth goals to force us into dead accounts to see what we can churn up. The KAMs are constantly reassigned to larger accounts where they essentially make a handful of territories 2 ups because they call on the same doctors as Red. Later this year, Red and ISS will get thrown into a blender based on what both sales forces have produced in their respective territories. They will become one team of hybrid reps that call on smaller, productive targets in PC and CV. The KAMs will have the big spec accounts as they are almost all hospital based anyway. I have spoken.
