Great. People without oncology experience trying to sell in this space. Not every BU is interchangeable. It’s why most people in OBU have 20+ year careers. You can’t place some 25-year old PC rep in these positions. When is leadership going to understand that?

It does not take much experience to walk into a clinic and be told that “you are not welcome today.” At the end of the day, you’re still a rep. Stop acting like you’re special because the practitioners that don’t want to see you spent more time in residency and fellowship.

My point exactly. You are clueless. You have never stepped foot in a cancer center to know 10 to 20 second elevator pitches may be your calls, they are not ours. Plus I don’t have to feed people to get access which is nice.
