Is September 13th the date that we will know are new alignments and potential new DM?
With the DM announcement you can see some shifting, looks like I’m going to lose a great DM and I’ve got some concerns about the new one I could be getting.

For the punks in the yard....Plan on many people having bigger geos and a good possibility of a different manager.
In a few instances some gammas will go back to Enbrel where Avsola hasn’t seen much traction and future coverage is minimal. Secondly some people were placed in Gamma that haven’t performed or haven’t commanded the buy and bill process well and will also be going back to an Enbrel role.
Plus side is minimal loss of jobs.

While this entire ordeal has had a basis in alleged transparency the reality is your reorg is complete. The final layout has been established, outside of a few outliers who may quit and cause a tiny shuffle.
Here’s the real transparency, you’re not being told out of a concern that reps will stop working for two weeks once they find out new territories. Hence you being told you won’t know your new alignment until Sept 21. RSD’s are already privy to the information. If you have some great relationships somewhere you will find out before Sept 21, DSM will know no later than Sept 16th their new team and territory alignments.
Expect some DSM and reps to leave once they see new geos as some have tripled in size.

97.3% of IBU reps have been placed in a role. Working on the last 2.7%. Everyone should be placed by Friday. Currently working with other BU’s to place the final 2.7%.
