Lets keep this positive! So happy! IMS is a much bigger company and more opportunity!
Things for SDI employees to look forward to:
1 Short commute while we have a job.
2 No more SDI holiday parties.
3 IMS will likely cut just about all of our useless management and those of us who are talented and actually do the work
4 I heard the new CEO at IMS is outstanding. If I do have a job it will be a real company with real management.
5 Don't have to look at Jerry's artwork anymore.

Ah...pay back is a bitch. Good bye - JR, DA, TL, KP. Your incompetence will now be highlighted and just rememeber you guys have a non-compete. I guess you can always get seasonal work at UPS. But as before, your guys are barely competent to mange such things!
I've been waiting for this for quite some time. Now I can kick my feet up, sit back and watch the carnage unfold

now I know how the poor bastards at verispan felt a couple of years ago. We know that we currently have more than 10-15% redundancy so when the takeover is official it will be a lot more which means a lot more people getting whacked. Hopefully they start with the bloated IT/DBOPS. So much dead weight in that area from directors on down. anyone notice how a few of those directors were nowhere to be found yesterday afternoon?????
