Those of you upset about DEI need to remember:
The black woman in the cube next to you is getting screwed by the bosses as much as you are.
The gay guy down the hall is getting screwed by the bosses as much as you are.
The trans man you see in the cafe is getting screwed by the bosses as much as you are.

Keep your eyes on the real problem. It's all of us against the executive class.
