I just wanted to take some time to say how much I hate this division and it’s leadership.None of us care.The day to day has become only about making sure all boxes are checked and sending out resumes. All the people who left were looking for months before quitting. Maybe Takeda knows nobody cares and that’s why they only hire outside of sales for promotions. The entire division and company is quietly quitting.

People are quitting by the truck load. I feel bad for anyone considering Takeda Immunology at any level. From someone who thought this was a great opportunity to do something other than big pharma I can tell you it’s the biggest of pharma. I have never worked in such a toxic environment. All everyone does is to try and look like they are doing what is asked of them. Leadership is clueless. I’ve been here just around 2 years and it just keeps getting worse. I’m not on here to pile on, instead I’m trying to warn people. This is not an elevated position from dropping off samples at your current job.

Easiest Hospital position I’ve ever had. I love listening to a couple level 5’s think this is rocket science. And the SEC team is a damn joke now. Positions filled with yes people, but talk shit about leadership and their directors behind their backs.
 






I would rather stay home to vote than go to Texas next week. Heck, I’d rather start home for anything rather than go to Texas next week. And it has nothing to do with the location of the meeting.
 






Anybody catch that awesome podcast with Emily and Brian? My favorite part was Brian listing his besties. Then Emily asked about his direct reports and he said oh yeah them too. And then she asked “what about Kim?” He skipped right over that one. If anybody doesn’t understand from that podcast how things are run then you’re blind. None of you matter unless you are part of the after work Cambridge drinking crowd.
