They’ve offered “courtesy interviews” to some contract reps with no intention on hiring them and not even getting back to them. They look down on the contract sales force even though they’ve held up this derm unit for many years. Tremfya sales aren’t where they want so they think by dumping the contract force it’ll solve their problems. RUN from this company. When they don’t hit goals this fall there will be layoffs. Toxic work culture!
 




Did they fill the expansion positions? A friend of mine interviewed and never heard back. No communication at all. They ask me if I knew anything about what is going on and I don’t. This process has been an embarrassment and wish I didn’t suggest it.
