A bit of advice to senior leadership is keep close watch on a few of your TMs before Sun gets dragged through compliance hell & more bad press. Did I miss part during Hub training call where we can fill out patient enrollment forms for office with patient info, maybe even sign them, and fax in and go back to office to do anything Ilumya Support needs? Promising offices to lessen load by doing all the work to get scripts and secretly meeting with certain specialty pharm reps trying to “work” together is jeopardizing a lot of people’s jobs who need paycheck however bad launch is going.
 




You should be equally as nervous about TM's being instructed by their RM to promote off label and unapproved data, as well as the rep solicitation of MIRF's. This behavior is rampant right now

We all know what unethical behavior is. There are many in leadership and at the RM level who are pressuring TM's to get BI's any way they can, which includes encouraging unethical behavior. This problem is from the top Ilumya leadership on down. They know it because they created it.

There’s a fundamental issue with this company. All the sh!t we’re being directed to do is not unethical and people flat out don’t understand that.

It’s ILLEGAL.

For one you confess, for the other you go to jail and lose your family and home. Yeah, even at our rep level now, not just the big-wigs.
 




The bottom line is that if you are told to get x amount or you won’t have a job, you will risk everything to get that. Most of us need this paycheck or we wouldn’t be here right now. The choice is either do the illegal things being asked and lie to customers and have a job OR perform ethically and be out of here via harassment by March. Don’t blame a TM that is trying to make a living. Anyone with common sense and ethics is looking madly to get out. The TM is by far the nastiest job at SUN. Just wait for the awards in May. I will guarantee you those from Ilumya called out are all knee deep in illegal activity. It’s just the facts.

And there’s the answer. Compliance in India is arrogance and compliance in the US is ignorance.

Trust that the USA compliance team is far from ignorant. They do quite a bit to moderate the written and spoken sales messaging and the venues it is delivered. What is ignorant is a manager looking to violate the compliance edicts. Further, a rep who listens and crosses the line. Keep pushing the compliance button and you will get what you deserve--compliance people going out in the field, actively participating in POA meetings, and writing up violators. Look in the mirror if you want to see what an idiot looks like.

Compliance USA is doing the dog and pony show. They aren't gonna police anything until some competitive company picks up the phone and calls the FDA or OIG...which they will. Give it a little time.

Are you delusional? You would have to be an idiot to report compliance issues to Sun while still working as an employee here. You may as well walk out back and stab yourself with a knife. That is the kiss of death.

Another great example of wearing the facade of checking the ‘oh we do everything we can as a compliance department’ yet you then turn your head and the shit continues on.

The problem is that the senior-senior people don’t subscribe to operating in a compliant or ethical way -and- US compliance doesn’t have anywhere to turn.
