Let me tell you I took a downward dog coming to this place. And it’s not been pleasant.
 




I think Fran’s buddies from UCB were paid way above the rest and his favorites. Hey Kyle take a look at the spreadsheet. Explain this salary fiasco? You are going to lose good people who are already pissed when this comes out. Why work our asses off for $25-40k less than the good ole boys. BS!

Fran and Seema approved those salaries. And then they spent the last 6 months looking hard for a new job.
I think the biggest surprise in all this is that they got hired by someone else. Doesn’t say much for UCB.

They both knew they were leaving at NSM first week of April.
They made sure their buddies were paid handsomely and had them in a good spot before bailing.
No, I agree that it doesn’t say much for UCB. No way I’d take anyone back that jumped ship to go to competitor.
 




You are a knucklehead. The folks with higher salaries than you are the ones that had biologic experience. Sorry your hand cream experience didn’t pay well. Look at the bright-side stupid...you sort of have biologic experience now if you sell yourself in your next interview.

Are you serious? This team got paid well at Sun? Well above their previous jobs. Stop complaining or go back to lily, Novartis, Leo or Merz. oh. Wait. You were out of work.

Sun did have to lure some people with big salaries, but look where we are now. Bonuses suck, and the future isn’t even 50/50.
 




What a ride this has been and what a shit week this has been. Disgusted. Instead of apologizing for AG’s finger pointing ass chewing at NSM how about address FL taking his dig at those left behind. It was a display of a true narcissist.
Don’t know why the betrayal of this company is just hitting me like a ton of bricks last couple of days. Same old shit different day. Lots to think about this weekend.

Most everyone here took a pay cut in total comp due to lies about bonus. It's all coming out in the wash now. Anyone who isn't looking constantly to get out of this crumbling house of cards is stupid and deserves to be here.

It was Sun’s error in hiring when they did AND in not being buttoned up with Merck and the BLA.

TMs came with the expectation they’d be selling, so yeah, Sun’s crappy execution meant they were on the hook for the bonus when reps weren’t selling.
