That was the Circle of Excellence photo. Due to poor Ilumya team performance, it was decided to base performance excellence on number of tequila shots consumed rather than number of Ilumya scripts.

People NEED to remember this is SUNs first run with a Biologic drug in a very crowded market! There are more moving parts in all the processess that need to converge just to be SEMI-successful! The BIGGEST reasons for a slow uptake doesn’t fall on the shoulders of FRMs OR the HUB. They fall on the LACK OF EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION, vetting out any and all feedback, then someone in the power position choosing ONE lane. If that lane doesn't prove effective based on its parameters, then go for another lane!

I agree that the FIRST dose should be rewarded because TM’s drove that business. And btw, nothing has been decided on at this point. And the PAP program is different from the EAP program you dick weed! Should we all be paid on GIVING AWAY SAMPLES TOO? Essentially, that’s what a sample and the PAP program have in common: They both are FREE!!! And thank God for SUN having the PAP program and samples. It would suck for a patient to have NO ACCESS at all to Ilumya, right?
Think about selling Ilumya this way: LEVERAGE the FACT, that regardless if a patient has commercial insurance, no insurance, is Medicare or a Veteran or active military dependant, THEY ALL HAVE ACCESS TO ILUMYA!!! People very quickly forget SUN has EVERY. SINGLE. PATIENT. SEGMENT. COVERED. Stop whining, and start WINNING!!
