Ilumya NSM Post Meeting Thoughts

Nice LinkedIn post of Ilumya team in photo booth looking bombed at NSM event. C’mom think before you post. LinkedIn isn’t Facebook and enough with all the hashtags. Might want to take it down as it’s not professional and RSM said we aren’t allowed to post anything. I think someone was even holding a beer. I’m all for a good time but maybe not the best post especially at this time.

Between the HUB & FRMs fucking up the Ilumya show is done. No pay for assisted programs? The aberage rep will have 3-4 not 35. All TMs stopped working right after the POA. It’s a paid job hunt from here on out.

That was the Circle of Excellence photo. Due to poor Ilumya team performance, it was decided to base performance excellence on number of tequila shots consumed rather than number of Ilumya scripts.
 




I am just so very please that these rhinos are adding a promoted position with temporaries thus blocking internal advancement. Honestly they can’t do one thing correct at this point.

People NEED to remember this is SUNs first run with a Biologic drug in a very crowded market! There are more moving parts in all the processess that need to converge just to be SEMI-successful! The BIGGEST reasons for a slow uptake doesn’t fall on the shoulders of FRMs OR the HUB. They fall on the LACK OF EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION, vetting out any and all feedback, then someone in the power position choosing ONE lane. If that lane doesn't prove effective based on its parameters, then go for another lane!

And your Liberal Bleeding Heart Everybody Gets A Trophy comment on “No pay for assisstance programs” is the nail in your Socialistic coffin! WHY should SUN pay out money in bonuses for EAP drug?! I agree that the FIRST dose should be rewarded because TM’s drove that business. And btw, nothing has been decided on at this point. And the PAP program is different from the EAP program you dick weed! Should we all be paid on GIVING AWAY SAMPLES TOO? Essentially, that’s what a sample and the PAP program have in common: They both are FREE!!! And thank God for SUN having the PAP program and samples. It would suck for a patient to have NO ACCESS at all to Ilumya, right?
Think about selling Ilumya this way: LEVERAGE the FACT, that regardless if a patient has commercial insurance, no insurance, is Medicare or a Veteran or active military dependant, THEY ALL HAVE ACCESS TO ILUMYA!!! People very quickly forget SUN has EVERY. SINGLE. PATIENT. SEGMENT. COVERED. Stop whining, and start WINNING!!

This company, their drugs (Ilumya especially), are nothing more than a shit stain on the market. Start looking now amd sell ur ass off to the next company on why they should hire you from this abyss.

Moron. BIs have fallen off to almost zero. Abbvie is selling pharmacy and medical benefit in Skyrizi. Why would anyone use Ilumya? You can lie and we can see how often the offices let you in. Claiming it is unsafe? Blaaaahhhhhaaaaaa. That is funny stuff. Selling on safety is working so very well so far. You had one niche and it’s gone. You are all unemployed wether you know it or not.
