Ilumya Interview, TM Salary Range

Went through reorg recently which is horrible and considering taking job here. I’ve reached out to a couple TMs who seem overly cautious on what to say and not say. I read all the posts on here. Right now it’s about a paycheck and sure I’d like to join a good company. Can anyone give me a true salary range so I can prevent getting lowballed. Is 130k realistic base here?

if it’s about getting a paycheck, you can definitely get hired here. Desperate for anyone to sign up for a TM job.

If it’s about a good company, you’re barking up the wrong tree.
Corrupt, and disparaging towards Americans.
 




Salaries from initial hires are unfairly based on who your buddy is. Less qualified TMs base higher than others because of friendship with FL who fled for UCB. Blatant discrepancies. Go for as high as you can. What else do you have to lose
 




































I am a newer hire on the biologic side. I’m not feeling the love for my manager already. I have decided to go through the training but I am going to keep looking for something better. I’m not going to update anything online search sites so nobody will be the wiser. Looks to me like I have plenty of company in the working unemployment category. I can’t imagine that anyone is working for these micro-managers. I was warned but I didn’t listen. I have not been impressed with anything here but a handful of areas that are also doing the same. Read this site postings and stay away!

I guess the friction is why we’re having separate POAs now.

We are having separate POA meetings because once AG gives you another motivational speech, tells you what you are really worth, gives you company-profitable goals, stops free drug sampling, limits free lunches, and reads you another poem, it will not be motivational for the other team to watch grown men and women cry in the hallways. You people are undeserving clowns and a separate meeting means you have clown school all to yourselves. Meeting should be in Sarasota at the Ringling Museum.

Clearly posted by a Med Derm Rep. Any idea of how much pressure is on the Biologics side as a TM? Night and day from the life of Med Derm. Ilumya TMs are given very little to work with then told to out-produce the giants. To say AG is a dreamer is a bit of an understatement.

That’s not what poster said. There is big time pressure on TMs no question as we get blame for everything. Majority don’t have FRM or MSL, some territories only have negative formulary coverage and so much Medicaid it’s it’s a joke but fingers pointed that we are to blame? As far as health more people on med leave than most teams and legit reasons. Ilumya TM = cardiac arrhythmias, heart attacks, strokes, miscarriages, panic attacks. Look at the guys at meeting, hell a lot more hair loss since Orlando and a lot of people no longer with company. This place is toxic as F!

if this is all true, then you should give yourself 90 days to find a new position. Nothing is worth your health, and yes, I agree, this place is totally toxic.

And: I think it’s important that people grow a pair and stand up, call out what’s wrong., and do it in a professional way. But send a clear message.
I feel bad for people there, I left and never looked back. Life can be much better.

You get the blame because you took the big dollars with confidence that you can actually sell. You knew up front that SUN has limited resources, yet you came. Many made noise and acted like condescending jackasses at the Orlando POA to the other profitable teams. Now you complain that pressure and your management oversight situation is unfounded and unfair. You all deserve the pressure until you can return at least what you make each month.
 




I am a TM and I read posts and heard the warnings. But then I met with FL and believed every damn word. I blame myself for believing but I blame Sun for how much a epic failure Ilumya has been from day one A-Z. I blame Sun for keeping AG and how I have docs that refuse to write Ilumya based on their disdain for this company. There is not a G DAMN thing I can do with those docs so PS get off my ass!
