Not a troll. Company is gonna institute an ‘unlimited’ PTO policy which means they don’t have to pay your anything when they shit can our asses. So those 15-20 days you carry over every year are gonna be NO MORE. They drift away kinda like Cyltezo.

There’s chatter about this but not sure how that works in “real life”. Would people really take advantage of this without consequences?

Studies have shown companies with ‘unlimited’ PTO find their employees actually take LESS time off for fear they will be seen as taking advantage of the system. Also, companies with this policy will have blackout dates where employees must be at work.
