Troll…. that policy has already been in place for some timeBetter act fast. When that new PTO policy goes into effect, people that leave the company will be losing a 50% PTO payout.

Are you drunk?Sad to see how our culture has changed. We got too successful too fast and it cause many people to be jealous. Hire good people and let them do their works and magics.
Not a troll. Company is gonna institute an ‘unlimited’ PTO policy which means they don’t have to pay your anything when they shit can our asses. So those 15-20 days you carry over every year are gonna be NO MORE. They drift away kinda like Cyltezo.Troll…. that policy has already been in place for some time
There’s chatter about this but not sure how that works in “real life”. Would people really take advantage of this without consequences? Not a troll. Studies have shown companies with ‘unlimited’ PTO find their employees actually take LESS time off for fear they will be seen as taking advantage of the system. Also, companies with this policy will have blackout dates where employees must be at work. There’s chatter about this but not sure how that works in “real life”.
