call BS all you want. I have 5 years in and 4 years prior pharma w/ $69,000 base.
And we think our TM Reps will get the boot! Think again, the most I heard that most Takeda Legacy TMs make are lucky if they are over $100,000. Most low to mid 90,000's. remember the merger, they were given an increase to catch up or at least try and catch up with TAP TMs. They do a good job of sucking up and going the extra mile haha so I guess most will keep their jobs and they will give us TAP $100,000 plus people the boot
Really?!! As Takeda reps we must have some of the highest base salaries if not THE highest in the industry. So everyone quit your complaining and be happy you have a job. $94.5K a year with 12 years here and loving every minute of it.
I do agree that we need to reduct head count considerably, but hope it won't be me. I'm loving making this much cash with little to no accountability. My DM is all target call numbers with targets and that is very easy to achieve. It's like they don't even care about your sales numbers here just the call numbers.

Bet I'm one of the ones kept! I work how they tell me to work even if it is not the best way to work. DOn't you get it? All they want here are mindless drones that hit their call numbers on targets and say yes in meetings. I'm that person. I make huge base. I will be kept and your sorry arse will be tossed.

Helllooooo....people this isn't happening now!!! Do you believe that they would have reps on home study and give them exams and waste this time before the meeting? It will happen but not any time soon, June is a more likely time frame. Trust me I too wish they would just make announcements and get it over with! Matter of fact I will take the package if they offer it this time because when the dust clears it is going to be more micromanaged than it is now!!! All these stupid assignments and crap, just let me do my job and SELL some product but I think they lost sight of a salespersons JOB!! Good luck and see ya at the Vegas party!!

Hey dummy. They were holding IST classes and large scale field leadership meetings ahead of the last layoffs. Do you really think they won't do it this time because we have some people doing home study on Edarbychlor? Come on. Shit. They still held Cresset just a couple of short months after throwing 1600 people over the side of the ship.
Takeda Legacy here for 5 years. Base is $64090. Hired in at $51 based on experience (2years).
believe it...i'm 6 yrs in at 63K...and i came in with pharm experience ..such a load of crap to hear that so many make 80-90K doing the exact same thing...
