I am sure that there are many out there, that take their job serious and are hard workers that would want some if not all of the same things.
1. I would force rank everyone in the district on a monthly and quarterly basis
2. I would make sure people are working at least 7.5-8 hours in the field a day, no exceptions.
3. Would put a kabosh or preferential treatment for working moms , some and not all that only work 4-5 hours per day. They would be placed on PIP's.
4. I would no longer allow counterparts taking other peoples credit
5. I would demand 12-15 calls per day
6. I would put a kabosh on the amount of doctors in an office that you could place on your computer as a call.
7. I would monitor heavily PSS's that are not in the field, internal and external GPS and investigative research on them, if anything looks suspicious.
8. I would make sure that the individual including manager has been background checked in full. Over the past months there have been managers and PSS's with less than stelar work history and ethics ,go to other companies and falsify information
9. I would make sure that all are expences are double and triple checked, no longer trying to misappropriate costs and expences.
10. No longer should we tolerate below stelar performers. They should pull up someones work history at AZ, if one is not cutting it ,out the door.
11. Compensations should be reviewed and re reviewed
12. Restructure of sales forces. The MC teams should merge into one, CNS should be looked at and revamped or they should be force ranked with ONC and CVAS for jobs. The Hospital team needs to be re done, dead weight needs to be gone. H1 was not forced rank last year against H2, had they many H1 team members would of been gone due to performance. All H1 that are not up to par, they should be gone.
Managers that do no have a good performance out the door. And I do not mean with the exception of COE, for you could of gotten their by your PSS's. I am talking about your own performance, they should be gone or placed somewhere else. Re evaluate management that should be in another position.
** I know some of you non performers or those that do not work will disagree and post 100 reasons why. Here is a heads up". there will be major changes being done. In order for us to keep our jobs and profit for the company, some major changes need to happen soon.
